We only offer recurring maintenance services on a weekly or every other week basis. That's how we can manage hundreds or even thousands of customers while maintaining a high level of customer service, consistancy, and quality.

All of our plans are 12-month agreements with a two-month early termination fee.

We have fantastic online reviews, and we maintain many hundreds of lawns in your area. Also, to ensure a high level of quality, you will have a dedicated customer service rep to be there to handle questions, requests, concerns, and make sure our employees are taking good care of your yard.

We put a card on file and charge it automatically each month on the first of the month. No more writing checks or leaving cash out for the lawn guy.

Yes, we are licensed insured with high liability limits which ensures if there are any issues you are absolutely covered.

Typically your first visit will be about one week from after you signup but can take up to two weeks depending on scheduling constraints.

We offer a 6% discount to customers that pay upfront for the year, but we offer 12 monthly installment payments for customers who choose to pay over time.

We work on a weekly/biweekly schedule from March-October, and in the winter months we are still offering services. However, it is on a once-monthly frequency by request, no extra charge. There are no visits in January. Most visits in the winter months are for cleaning up leaves and final cleanups before the end of the season.
